a) Identity:

The Identity section defines who you want your bot to be (e.g., friendly, humorous) and how your bot acts and sounds on the widget. Voice: Choose from a variety of voice options for the bot you can choose the gender voice of the bot.

b) Behavior:

This section controls how the bot greets and interacts with users during conversations. c) Knowledge:

What happens if I have past due payments?

If your payment is overdue by 30 days, it is considered past due. If unpaid 15 days after notification, interest of 1% per month will be charged until full payment is made.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged. If canceled before billing, you won’t be charged for the upcoming cycle and access ends immediately. If canceled after billing, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds are issued.
